Upgrades
PHA has wide experience and expertise in conducting the upgrade of existing telecoms installations:
- Current leases are thoroughly examined to minimise both the cost and time taken for the Client operator.
- Existing rights are ascertained
- Upgrade requirements are investigated to see if they can be fulfilled within the legal rights
- Existing planning permission is reviewed to see what rights are available without recourse to a new permission
If necessary,
- Additional rights can be negotiated
- A new lease is agreed
- New design drawings are produced
- A new planning application is submitted
