Upgrades

PHA has wide experience and expertise in conducting the upgrade of existing telecoms installations:

  • Current leases are thoroughly examined to minimise both the cost and time taken for the Client operator.
  • Existing rights are ascertained
  • Upgrade requirements are investigated to see if they can be fulfilled within the legal rights
  • Existing planning permission is reviewed to see what rights are available without recourse to a new permission

If necessary,

  • Additional rights can be negotiated
  • A new lease is agreed
  • New design drawings are produced
  • A new planning application is submitted

Estates

Estates work can be undertaken and includes:

  • rent reviews
  • lease renewals
