PHA - Chairman & Negotiator

• Peter established PHA in 1996, with son Martin joining in 1997. PHA became a limited company in 1999.
• PHA was set up to meet the needs of Orange’s Acquisition Department in London where it was felt that my selling background might prove helpful.
• Peter has personally acquired a large number of sites each year and also been involved in resolution of some specific problem sites/areas.
• Although the vast majority of the time has been on site acquisition, he has also completed a major project for PHA as a Consultant as interim manager for Hutchison Telecom when they won the 3G licence.  His areas of responsibility were setting up a rollout programme, recruiting 800 staff for all departments of the new organisation and representing H3G at the FEI(MOA) at the time of the Stewart Report.
• Peter has been involved in both the T-Mobile/H3G Network Consolidation and the Decommissioning projects since their inception. He advised on tactics and methods of approach.
