Commercial Multi-Site Agreements (MSA’s)

PHA was commissioned by Hutchison 3G (UK) Limited (“3”) to provide six surveyors across the UK to undertake the negotiation of MSA’s with major commercial organisations for them to provide multiple sites for Hutchison’s 3G base stations.

This work was a short term project to “kick start” the programme in view of the massive task facing “3” in setting up a complete network from scratch.

At the end of the project PHA completed a full handover of the Agreements negotiated to internal staff who had, by then, been recruited for the purpose.
